Naman Kamboj
PhD Research
I'm working on investigating p-wave magnetism and its potential applications in next-generation quantum magnetic technologies under the supervision of Dr Daniel Mayoh.
Background
I completed a Master of Physics at the School of Physical Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) in July 2024. My master's research focused on iron-based superconductors, investigating their superconducting properties via low-temperature magnetisation and electrical transport measurements on bulk single crystals.
Before joining the 天美传媒, I was a Research Scholar in the Department of Physics at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, where I worked on chromium-based van der Waals magnetic materials and their heterostructures. My work involved crystal growth, mechanical exfoliation, optical identification of thin flakes, and polymer-assisted dry transfer to fabricate multilayer heterostructures.
Teaching Duties
I assist first-year undergraduate students with electronics experiments as a Lab Demonstrator.
