Healthcare faces growing pressures from rising demand and limited resources. Our MSc equips you with the skills to improve the way healthcare services are designed, managed and delivered. Developed by WMG in collaboration with Warwick Medical School and the NHS, our course explores how technology and operational expertise can be used to enhance efficiency, support better decision-making and raise standards. You'll learn how to lead change across complex healthcare environments, while delivering more effective person-centred care.
