Our Engagement Framework

The Social Inclusion Engagement Framework details some of the key ways the Social Inclusion team listens to and collaborates with staff across the University to work towards our Social Inclusion Objectives.

Following extensive consultation with staff and experts from inside and outside the university and with our community, we have been transitioning to the new model this year. A key purpose of this work is to create a mechanism for collaboration as a social inclusion community of practice, including routes of reporting, escalation, and consultation.

We will be reviewed this new approach at the end of the year to evaluate its effectiveness and hear from our community on how it's going.

"My hope for the Collaboration Group is that as we grow in the relationships we establish, we truly become innovative in how we approach complex issues we sometimes face in the inclusion space."

Kulbir leads Warwick鈥檚 institutional approach to creating a more diverse and inclusive community.
