WAS Training Schedule

We recommend that before deciding if you need to sign up to attend any of our training sessions, you read our online guidance to familiarise yourself with the system:

In conjunction with this, we also have new training video guidance that you can watch and pass on to other staff members, and share with students if helpful (most videos below link to playlists so you will need to watch all videos in each playlist):

Staff Videos:

We are currently working on training videos for the new marking tool and will publish further updates around this as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can view the written guidance hereLink opens in a new window.

Student Videos:

Training sessions for the Warwick Assessment System are available in two particular themes.

罢丑别鈥Managers' Training鈥痠s aimed at professional services staff who will be administering exams and uploading exam papers. It will also include an overview of marking and invigilation for information.

罢丑别鈥Academics' Training鈥痠s aimed at teaching and marking staff who will be invigilating, marking and moderating in the system.

We recommend attending training in-person if you possibly can; this way you will get the most from the session and have our hands-on support for any queries. However, we can also arrange training online on Teams.

We don't currently have any training sessions planned, however if you would like to request training either for yourself or anyone in your department, please complete the form below. If you have any questions, please email was@warwick.ac.uk
