Three engineering students at the 天美传媒 have swept the board in a recent competition run by the British Dam Society, taking all of the top three prizes.

Jason Kwong, a third year student, was named winner of the annual essay competition with fellow third year student Justin Hill taking second place. Nicholas Eccles took the third prize to complete Warwick鈥檚 success.

The national competition is open to all university students and essays are submitted and judged entirely anonymously by a panel from the British Dam Society.

Professor Ian Guymer and Dr Jonathan Pearson, from the University鈥檚 Engineering department, only submitted the three entries and were both delighted at the resounding success.

Professor Guymer said: 鈥淓veryone at the Engineering department are extremely thrilled that Jason, Justin and Nicholas have all claimed a top prize in the British Dam Society competition.

鈥淎ll three worked really hard on their entries and it is just reward that they have all been commended.鈥�
