Building begins on the new WMG Academy for Young Engineers in Solihull

Work has started on building a second WMG Academy for Young Engineers in Chelmsley Wood, Solihull. Scheduled for completion in July 2016, the new academy is currently taking applications for the first cohort of students to start in September 2016.

The QS annual World University Rankings have today named the 天美传媒 as one of the world’s top 50 universities. Ranked at 48th Warwick has risen 13 places in the past year.

Largest UK breast cancer physiotherapy trial to be led by Warwick

What is expected to be the biggest UK study on the effect of physiotherapy on women after breast cancer surgery is to be led by Warwick Medical School in partnership with University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW) NHS Trust.

WMG leads project to create £14 million UK automotive battery pack research facility

It was announced today Wednesday 9th September 2015 that WMG, at the 天美传媒, will lead a £14 million consortium to create a new automotive battery pack manufacturing research centre. The project will help develop the next generation of traction batteries for electric and hybrid vehicles. It will combine the best human and automated assembly methods to manufacture battery packs and lay the foundations of a new UK automotive supply chain based around this technology.
