Institutional Athena Swan Self-Assessment Team

The Athena Swan Self-Assessment Team's (SAT) role is to provide oversight of University-wide activities towards gender equality and oversee the quinquennial institutional Athena Swan Charter application.

Members of the University community are welcome to raise issues with the Institutional Athena Swan SAT using the online Contact Us form, which can be submitted anonymously or with contact details should they wish a response or a discussion on the issue raised.

The Institutional Athena Swan SAT for the 2024 award application was Chaired by Professor Kate Seers (Director Warwick Research in Nursing, WMS) with Professor Jo Collingwood (School of Engineering) as Deputy Chair.

The Institutional Athena Swan SAT for the 2029 award application is Chaired by Robert Horton (Head of Administration in the School of Law), and the other members of the SAT are to be recruited in due course.
