As we finalise preparations to launch our new SuccessFactors recruitment module, we’re sharing details of a one-week freeze on the publications of adverts in August.

As part of the transition from our current recruitment system, Oleeo, to our new recruitment system built within SuccessFactors, there will be a temporary freeze on publishing new adverts.

This means that no new recruitment adverts will be published between Monday 31 August and Sunday 6 September (inclusive).

This freeze will ensure that we do not operate two careers’ sites simultaneously, delivering a smooth transition between platforms for recruiting managers and candidates

All adverts on the current Oleeo careers site will remain live until their advertising period ends, or by Sunday 6 September.

Key dates:

• Recruitment advertising freeze: 31 August to 6 September (inclusive)

• SuccessFactors careers site launches:7 September

• Business-critical vacancies: Please submit as early as possible before 31 August

Our new People Team Careers site will launch on Monday 7 September. Any recruitment requests paused during the freeze period will be published via the new system from this date.

If your recruitment requirement is business-critical, we encourage you to begin the recruitment process as soon as possible so that your advert can be published on the current careers site before the freeze begins on 31 August.

Both the one-week advert freeze and the launch-date of our new SuccessFactors enhancements on 7 September have been scheduled to minimise impact on customers, based on historic service demand.
