To book additional microphones please use the form to specify you requirements.
Microphones are available as set out below.
- If the room is not listed here additional microphones are not available.
- Microphones only work in their designated rooms. A mic 'borrowed' from another room will not work.
Two lapels, two handhelds
Two lapel microphones are provided in the below rooms as standard. An additional two handheld microphones are available. (Other combinations are not possible.)

Four microphones, any combination
Two lapel microphones are provided in the below rooms as standard, but a total of four microphones in any combination are available (four handhelds, four lapels, or a mix of both)

These spaces can accommodate up to eight microphones (four handhelds, four lapels).
However, more than four in total may require technical event support which, due to regular AV support needs across university, is not available beyond exceptional circumstances.
If you'd like more than four microphones in one of these rooms feel free to ask and the AV team will be happy to advise - but please be prepared for a maximum of four.
