The University of Warwick has formed an International Commission of leading researchers and policy makers to examine the World’s continued failure to reach consensus on future trade relations. This failure threatens the continued viability of the World Trade Organization (WTO), raises fears of a drift towards protectionism and imperils the future of globalisation itself.

Gifted young people to examine middle aged EU at Chatham House

Germany & Portugal come near bottom of new blood pressure based happiness league

Researchers at the University of Warwick have found a direct connection between a nation’s overall happiness and its citizens’ blood pressure problems. Sweden, Denmark and the UK  come top of this blood pressure based happiness league while  Germany, Portugal and Finland come bottom.
