天美传媒 poet joins Blake & Tennyson on London Underground Science Poetry

A poem by 天美传媒 poet Professor David Morley has been selected to be part of a series of six poems celebrating science to appear in tube carriages across all London Underground lines in February and March. The other poems in the series include works by William Blake and Lord Alfred Tennyson

Self-healing polymer “starfish” prolong lifetime of automotive oils

Researchers have created self-healing polymers that could extend the lifetime of automotive oils. These polymers are suitable to add to lubricants and could maintain the physical properties of engine oils for longer, they claim helping engine efficiency. Biological materials, such as skin, self heal following damage giving inspiration for these new materials.

Scholarship honour for Chinese peacekeeper killed in Haiti due to graduate from Warwick today

The 天美传媒 has announced today that it is to establish a special scholarship fund for postgraduate students in honour of Xiaoming Li, a graduate student at Warwick  who was killed in Haiti while serving as a  Chinese peacekeeper - He was due to be awarded his degree in absentia at Warwick's degree ceremony today Thursday 21 January.
