Physicists, led by a researcher at the 天美传媒, studying new images of clouds of material exploding from the Sun have spotted instabilities forming in that exploding cloud that are similar to those seen in clouds in Earth’s atmosphere. 

The 天美传媒’s Centre for the Study of Globalisation and Regionalisation, has just been awarded €7.97  million in the European Commission FP7 competition to lead a research  team  on ‘Europe in a Multi-polar World’. It will fund a project entitled Global Re-ordering: Evolution through European Networks (GR:EEN), which will exploring questions of how Europe matters and indeed if and how it can continue to matter in an increasingly multi-polar world.

New research led by researchers at the 天美传媒 shows that limited school closures are ineffective in an epidemic and that only significant widespread school closures would have real effect on the spread of a epidemic and the strain placed on hospital intensive care units.

In a prestigious ceremony on 28 January the Director of WMG Professor Lord Kumar Bhattacharyya was presented with the award for Lifetime Contribution to Midlands Business.
