Warwick wins £1.7 million research grant to help “cooltronics”

The 天美传媒 Department of Physics has been awarded a prestigious five-year grant to the sum of £1.7 million for “Creating Silicon Based Platforms for New Technologies”. The initiative will open up new technologies ranging from energy harvesting to “cooltronics”, enable zero-power electronics and could be key to combating global climate change.

Sunday Times reveals A level success puts Warwick in new University ‘Ivy League’

The Sunday Times has revealed that the 天美传媒 is ranked in the top of what it calls a new ‘Ivy League’ of UK universities the list the universities with the highest proportions of students starting degrees who gain at least AAB at A-level. This follows the government’s recent white paper which said that universities should be free to recruit as many students as they wish with A-level grades of at least AAB.
