Single source of information for behaviour misconduct
We鈥檝e developed a new鈥痵ingle comprehensive source of information鈥痜or all staff, students and visitors on鈥�behaviour鈥痬isconduct, student harassment and sexual鈥痬isconduct.鈥赌�
Providing this is a requirement under the Office for Students鈥� new鈥�. The web page builds on the policies, processes and services that we already have in place through the Conduct and Resolution Team, Wellbeing and Student Support, and the People Team.鈥赌�
The Office for Students also require that there is no duplication or contradictory material on any other web pages.鈥�Please review your departmental pages, remove any material that is duplicating or contradicting, and instead link to the single comprehensive source of information.鈥赌�
You should also be aware of the鈥�,鈥痺hich鈥痯rohibits intimate relationships between staff and students where the member of staff has some form of direct or indirect responsibility for the student, and intimate relationships between staff and students who are either under the age of 18 or who are 18 and over and classified as an adult at risk.
