Recently, the School of Education, Learning & Communication Studies held a day long Research Retreat on campus where researchers and PGRs from across SELCS came together to make progress on their projects.

SELCS Co-director of Research Culture and DEAR Deputy Director Dr James Burford said the retreat was 鈥渁 fantastic opportunity for our researchers to show up for each other, build connections and carve out the time to focus鈥�. He went on to share that 鈥� our researchers have written parts of chapters, articles and reports, conducted analysis, prepared for an upcoming viva and found precious time to read and take notes. Watch this space as the fruits of the retreat begin to emerge!鈥�
