2 in 5 LGBT+ students in the UK have hidden their identity at university for fear of discrimination (3 in 5 for trans students), and 1 in 8 aren't out to anyone at their university (including friends). What can we do to make coming out/being out easier?

As we near Pride Month in June, the Queering University programme is collaborating with 43 students' unions to deliver , a digital celebration of LGBTQ+ history, people, culture and related topics for education staff and students across the UK.

Launched this month, the Queering University programme supports staff and students at Warwick to develop, implement, share and sustain queer pedagogies and perspectives. A live introduction to the programme will take place next month, to which all are invited.
