I started a podcast called I Can Relate with Jessica Burns, the intention is to help others feel less alone in what they are going through and to understand what it’s like to walk in the shoes of others.

I recently interviewed former classmate, Kris Dowling, who was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease two years ago. He shares how he hiked the Pacific Crest Trail after getting his disease in remission.
