Help tell Warwick's story

Help tell Warwick's story - be part of our new film

Warwick is shaped by the people who study, work and discover here, and by the experiences that brought each of us to this point.

From everyday campus life to friendships, discoveries, challenges and proud achievements, the film will celebrate the curiosity, ambition and determination found across our community.

That's where we'd love your help.

What we're looking for

We’re inviting staff, students, researchers, alumni and graduates to share photos and short videos from their lives. This could include moments from your time at Warwick, as well as memories from before you joined the University that help tell your story.

These might capture everyday life on campus, teaching and learning, research and discovery, friendships and communities, achievements or moments you’re proud of. They could also be the more defining moments like a change of direction, a risk taken, an obstacle overcome, a time someone supported you, or an experience that shaped how you see the world.

Every journey is different, and we'd love to see what Warwick means to you.

Please don’t worry about creating something polished or professional. The most powerful moments are often the most authentic. Phone footage is absolutely fine, and we’d much rather see genuine experiences than perfectly produced videos.

If you’d like to take part, we’ve prepared a . It includes a link to submit your content and examples of the kind of content we’re looking for, as well as information on what will happen if your content is selected.

Please take a few minutes to read the guide before submitting your content, especially the information about permissions and consent.

Submissions are now open and will close on 21 September.

We’ll share a reminder in plenty of time before they close.

If your content is selected, we’ll be in touch to talk you through the next steps.

Thank you for helping us tell Warwick's story.
